Walk It Out

(Col 2:6) “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:”

To walk it out means to live your life according to the standards of the word of God.  Hence, we have to live what we preach.  If we can’t live it nothing else matters if heaven is the goal.  Thus, at the end of the day, it’s not how good we can minister; it’s not how well we know the church cliché’s; neither is it about how well we look when we are getting our praise on; if we can’t “walk it out” we are missing the whole purpose of the Spirit filled life which was made available to us at the cross of Calvary.  Thus, if we have received Christ Jesus as Lord and savior let’s act like we have, and walk it out.  To walk it out means we have to talk to people the right way, we have to love people the right way, and we have to show people the way to salvation.  To walk it out means we have to learn to forgive people, put our past in the past, and press forward into the destiny which God has for us.  To walk it out means we must walk by faith and not by sight consistently, even when we don’t understand or can’t see it all clearly.  To walk it out is to obey God, not only when it’s convenient, but at all times.  If he lives in us it’s going to show up on the outside in our walk (or lifestyle).  Therefore, when people take a look at your walk, if at all possible, let them see you walking it out in Jesus.

                        God Bless You
