(Pro. 24:16 KJV) “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.”
If we keep living failure will happen to all of us at some point in time, even the righteous. Failure is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, we can learn a lot from our failures if we use them properly. Failure is not designed to cause you to give up and quit, it is actually designed to strengthen our efforts and increase our faith. If we are going to do anything great in our lives; certainly if we are going to do anything great for God it will probably require some failure. The fact is that if we tried to do something great for God and we got it right the first time then we would probably assume that it was us, or our own individuality that got it done. However, after failing a few times, and getting up and trying again, we eventually come to the conclusion that we must have had some help from the creator in order to get this done. The text says that “a just man falleth seven times and rises up again: but the wicked falls into mischief”. Yes it is possible that we will fail multiple times, but the good news is we don’t have to stay down, it’s important to get back up, and press into your destiny. Now as a believer, if you fall into sin it’s important that you repent before you attempt to move forward in the things of God because there is no moving forward until you get it right with God. Yes we do fall down, but we don’t stay down, we (Christians) get back up, and finish the work which we started.
God Bless You
