(Isaiah 1:19-20) says “If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land: But if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.”
Which table we eat from is really up to us. Whether from the table of the Lord’s or the Devil’s table, but we must eat one or the other. You see with God there is no middle ground, we are on one side or the other, but the final answer is ours. To be willing, and obedient means that we not only have a will to serve, but there also must be a willingness to obey. God releases blessings to those who serve His way; and in fact, He said you shall eat the good of the Land—meaning that the earth and everything that is in it, we have access to because of the favor of God that is on our lives. Remember, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof.
On the other hand, you can refuse and rebel against the salvation that God is offering, and be consumed by the cares of this life, but the choice remains yours. As we examine our lives, we know whether we are-or are not really serving God; we also know what areas of our lives where disobedience lives. The question is: are we willing to turn that thing around and operate in obedience? Look, without a (concentrated will to obey) obedience in every area of our lives won’t be possible, because having the will to obey is not on the Holy Spirit, it’s on you.
God Bless You.
