(Pro 15:29) “The Lord is far from the wicked: but he hears the prayers of the righteous.”
Saints of God if you are walking in obedience to the Father be encouraged in your prayer petitions before God. He hears and understands our prayers; however, we must be patient as we wait for the manifestation of the prayer. The waiting seems to be hardest thing to do sometimes but it is in “the wait” where we find strength, encouragement and growth.
I am reminded of Daniel 10 where he is praying and fasting, and in need of hearing something from heaven and at the time when there seem to be no strength left in him an angel showed up and said “Fear not Daniel: for from the first day thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words (Daniel 10:12).”
Thus, the Lord heard his prayer petition from the beginning, but he had to deal with some demonic principalities in heaven first. Not to mention the fact that God needed to probably work some things out in Daniel, because he had literally and physically come to the end of any strength which he had in himself. Thus, when God finally did answer his prayer there was no doubt (in Daniel’s mind) that it was God.
Therefore saints, “Whatsoever things ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them (St. Mark 11:24).” However, remember that you need to be praying according to the will and word of God, because God desires to answer prayers which line up with where He is trying to take us, not where we are trying to take Him.
God Bless You
