(Matt 5:8) says “Blessed are the pure in heart: For they shall see God.”
This word pure in the Greek means clean, clear or pure; thus only those who have a clean heart shall see God. All will certainly see him from the perspective of judgment, however, only the pure in heart will get to see him in the fullness of his glory, and have the opportunity to bask in that glory in heaven. Sin in the heart of man will never stand in the presence of a Holy God, that’s why David said “Create in me a clean heart O God and renew a right spirit within me (Psalm 51:10); because the heart of man must be pure.
And unlike man, who looks on the outward appearance, God looks directly at our hearts and He knows who is pure and who is not. There won’t be no talking your way into heaven. There won’t be no begging your way into heaven; there won’t be no boasting about our good works because God is looking for purity of heart and he won’t be fooled. Therefore, if you want to see him, prepare your heart for victory while you on this side of the dirt because once you close your eyes for the last time it will be too late.
God Bless You
